This is a sort of mind map or web, as to how Briggate (in the worst case scenario) will change. This is heading into the re-definition territory, but in my opinion ive possibly missed some factors.
Right what ive been thinking of recently, is that if we still consider a major factor of briggate to be its diversity. We are calling it diverse in retail only, (excluding existing social factors that spin off retail diversity). Could we suggest that Briggate, in a climate where people are spending less that more functions need to be introduced?
